Delete your StudentMate data

You can ask us to delete your whole account, or only your WhatsApp link, your messages or your uploaded documents. We confirm it is you, then delete within 30 days (POPIA) and let you know. Information we must keep by law (for example payment records) is kept only for as long as required.

Ways to ask

• E-mail — support@waasai.onmicrosoft.com from the e-mail on your account.
• WhatsApp — to stop alerts, reply STOP; to delete your data, use this form.
